Some of us already know the benefits of having fruits and vegetables in our diets long before all those information and medical campaigns that pushes for their consumption. If you are thinking to try out a raw fruit and vegetable diet, then it is time to start going for it. This diet is widely known to help lose weight and maintain good health. Many fear that going into this route will affect their enjoyment in eating and their way of life, but trust the research and reviews, once you start doing it, you will hardly feel the difference at all, well except for the pounds that you shred off. Susbstition is also key, you have to know what food is substitute to this food and compare their health benefits. Going on fruits and vegetables alone will not cut it for a good bill of health, you will still need the proteins from meats, pork and fishes or dairy. Just pick the best one and the leanest of them all to add to your diet, and just go happy every cheat day for the meals that you missed.

There are so many combinations of fruits and vegetables that can go well with your raw fruits and vegetable diet. In just as little as 2-6 weeks, you will notice a big change in your metabolism and if in the course of your diet a big change that will gradually get you in good shape. Good luck!
